Aim:
On the advice of gynaecologists we are often contacted by women who want to have children but for various reasons (extremely high prolactin levels, low oestrogen levels, endometriosis, or despite negative test results) are unable to conceive or have a baby (lab test results, discharge report, outpatient treatment sheet).
In my presentation i will describe a case of a uterine fibroid measuring almost 9 x 11 cm , and an ovarian cyst measuring 5.1cm in diameter and 3.3 cm x 4.4 cm, which I documented and tracked (ultrasound, medical test results, outpatient treatment sheet).

Material and method:
In the tracked gynaecological cases we have ultrasound, aspiration cytological evidence and outpatient treatment sheet available to verify the therapeutic effect of ear acupuncture.

Results:
Lab tests confirm hormonal regularisation. In most cases, the much-anticipated pregnancy occurs after one treatment.
According to the documentation the ovarian cysts disappeared, the size of uterine fibroids shrank to its 1/6: from 10.6 cm to 1.7 cm; the significant quantity of mammary secretions with a history of 12 years was completely eliminated.

Conclusion:
In addition to patients suffering from various musculoskeletal, endocrinological, ear, nose and throat, rheumatological, neurological and addiction disorders, our medical centre is also very often visited by patients with gynaecological problems. In the specific cases presented with follow-up and documentation, we can confirm that auricular acupuncture can provide a complementary and/or alternative solution in the field of gynaecology.
