The following is compared:
-The 5 Tibetan yoga practices that impacts the chakras, and through them it's effect is shown by the endocrine glands, -Fayo -this special motion sequence, realizing the flexibility and mobility of joints and connective tissue, -And a special meditation technique called ,,Love Code'' that acts through cell membrane.
All three methods help to ensure and maintain physical and mental health.
The effect of the methods are hown in pictures. My goal was to show what results can be achieved among the members of the target group through each method. It can be demonstrated in all three methods that change in the energy flow of the meridians can be achieved by reversing the negative trend in a very short period of time. Chronic processes are reversible and it is preventable thatdisease should appear on the physical level. By measuring and visualization personalized therapy can be compiled for the patient, the results of which are confirmed quickly, resulting in a boost to his belief in the therapy, and a possibleincrease of his self-healing ability.
