There are a number of factors that influence the decision in such cases. The first and most important is to find the best method we can. This will depend on the individual's knowledge, skills, family traditions, pressure from family/society, possibilities and, of course, the particular disease. In the case of so-called alarming symptoms, a doctor should be consulted immediately, there is no place for natural remedies. For simpler, more ordinary cases, there are many natural remedies available, which can even be learnt, but can also be used with the support of healers, therapists and doctors where appropriate. The aim is to use both methods together, complementing each other, where necessary.
